WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Egyptologist guide will pick you up in the morning from your accommodation in Cairo or Giza to begin your trip.

Visit the Step Pyramid, which was constructed for King Djoser, at the Sakkara Pyramid first. It is only 27 kilometres southwest of Cairo. It is regarded as a significant advancement in the evolution of the pyramid, which was created from the basic mastaba to its well-known form.

Continue to the Red Pyramid, Bent, and Dahshur Pyramids. About 40 kilometres (25 miles) south of Cairo, in the desert on the West Bank of the Nile, is the royal necropolis known as the Dahshur region. It is most famous for its several pyramids, two of which date from 2613–2589 BCE and are among Egypt’s oldest, biggest, and best preserved.

Next, travel to Memphis, the ancient Egyptian capital, home of the enormous Alabaster Sphinx and the enormous statue of Ramses II. The history of this city begins around 2.925 B.C.

Return to your accommodation in the heart of Cairo or Giza, where your tour comes to a close.
