WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Take a Nile Cruise and view a lot of the river’s attractions.

Day 1:

Reach Aswan. Be greeted and helped by a representative and your guide when you arrive.

Day 2:

Visit the Kom Ombo Temple in Kom Ombo town, which is 45 kilometres north of Aswan, after breakfast. With a view of the Nile, it is perched on a hill. During the Ptolemaic Roman era, this temple was built to honour the gods Sobek, the crocodile, and Haroeris. It is renowned for the relief engravings on its walls that depict historical bone saws, dental instruments, and surgical instruments. Three crocodiles that have been mummified are nearby.

Set sail towards Edfu.

You will travel to the Temple of Edfu, which honours the falcon-headed god Horus, after tea time in a horse-drawn carriage.

Set sail for Luxor.

Day 3:

Disembarkation and departure from the cruise after breakfast.

Start your exploration of the West Bank at the Valley of the Kings.

After that, pay a visit to the temple constructed by Queen Hatshepsut, the daughter of Thutmosis I, the 18th Dynasty’s ruler of Egypt for roughly 20 years (1490–1469 B.C). The only female pharaoh to rule ancient Egypt was Hatshepsut.

Stop for a brief visit at the Colossi of Memnon, which is home to the remnants of Amenhotep III’s mortuary temple.

Next, proceed to Luxor’s East Bank.
