Sail on over to Kom Ombo. Visit the Kom Ombo Temple, which is 45 kilometres north of Aswan in Kom Ombo town. With a view of the Nile, it is perched on a hill. During the Ptolemaic Roman era, this temple was built to honour the gods Sobek, the crocodile, and Haroeris. It is renowned for the relief engravings on its walls that depict historical bone saws, dental instruments, and surgical instruments. Three crocodiles that have been mummified are nearby.

Sail to Edfu.

Day 3:

You will travel to the Temple of Edfu—a temple devoted to the falcon-headed god Horus—by horse-drawn carriage.

Set sail for Luxor.

Day 4:

Arrival and departure from the cruise ship.

Start your exploration of the West Bank at the Valley of the Kings.

Then, pay a visit to the temple constructed by Queen Hatshepsut, the daughter of Tutmosis I, the 18th Dynasty’s ruler of Egypt for roughly 20 years (1490–1469 B.C). The only female pharaoh to rule ancient Egypt was Hatshepsut.

Stop for a brief visit at the Colossi of Memnon, which is home to the remnants of Amenhotep III’s mortuary temple.

Next, proceed to Luxor’s East Bank.

Proceed with your trip to the world’s best example of a place of worship, the Karnak Temples. Karnak, which is dedicated to the god Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu, is still Egypt’s most visited site, right behind the Giza Pyramids.

The Temple of Luxor, which was started by Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty of the New Kingdom and finished by Ramses II in the 19th Dynasty, is the last site on your journey.
